Daub = Royal Kaak
Good that you found us! As you may know, Daub is now called: Royal Kaak. What is different? Actually, not that much. Thus, we still focus on quality and you will find our industrial ovens in all kinds of bakeries. And what changes for you? Actually, nothing. The knowledge of industrial furnaces remains within Royal Kaak. Our service is still provided by Daub employees, so nothing has changed in that either. Just as you were used to from Daub, but under the name: Royal Kaak.
Daub Backtechnik GmbH
Hamburg-based innovative company Daub Back Technology GmbH has been known for its excellent baking equipment since 1938 and has been part of Kaak since 1997.
Daub furnaces and installations are very reliable and efficient, particularly due to their sophisticated and practical operation. Daub stands for “Baking with passion.”
Daub’s ovens are designed for both artisan and industrial bakeries. The thermal oil principle guarantees high and consistent baking results. Furthermore, baking on stone is a technology with which Daub has extensive experience. This contributes to the quality of the baked product. Daub’s goal is to produce a product without compromise. The company is driven by the passion for baking. Therefore, the machines are built to achieve the goals of baking. It’s the end result that counts. Meanwhile, Daub’s production site no longer exists and has been transferred to Kaak Germany.
