Started as a small Dutch metal processing company around 1846, our organization has grown to an international group of production and sales entities in the past 175 years. Increasing globalization and merging of both customers and competitors require a solid positioning of our organization as a whole.
We are therefore pleased to inform you that all bakery related entities within our group will be rebranded in order to facilitate our vision of one Kaak organization. This vision will enable us to continue to provide you with optimal support as also expressed unchanged by our statement ‘You bake, we care’.
As a result of this step, these entities will represent their focus areas in their legal ascription as follows.

An associated new joint Kaak logo will be unveiled on the same date, on June 24th 2021.
The newest addition to our group, Silowacht, will continue to operate under the existing name for a while. Our non-bakery entities JAWS and K3D maintain the distinctive look they have established in their field.
We would like to emphasize that this name change does not affect existing agreements and/or contracts.
All contractual conditions remain intact. Bank details, Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers will also remain unchanged. If you have any questions or run into any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
