Since 2009, DrieM has been part of Kaak. Kaak already offered classic dough lines, and with the addition of DrieM, this was expanded to include dough sheeting lines. DrieM specializes in dough sheeting technology.

The DrieM sheeting lines are artisan bread production lines specifically designed for the needs of today’s bakeries. The design was developed in collaboration with some of the most renowned producers in the market, with a focus on creating a dedicated line for the best bread without compromise. As a result, they are also highly suitable for soft doughs.

With DrieM machines, the dough is sheeted into a large flat piece. From this piece of dough, any imaginable shape can be made. Products can be cut, shaped (or rolled) and rounded. This means a DrieM machine can produce an infinite variety of bread shapes. In addition, the sheeting lines also offer great flexibility in terms of recipes and ingredients. DrieM machines can process doughs with very low and very high percentages of liquid ingredients. There are also various stages in the sheeting process where seeds or other decorations can be added. DrieM had already been absorbed into Benier. Currently, DrieM still exists as a machine name.
